T&C's

Now, for all the boring stuff...

If you book a 1:1 training session with Cosmo-It All, you are confirming that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Health

All dogs must be vaccinated and up-to-date with their inoculations. I may ask you for proof that your dog has current vaccinations.

Dogs are advised to be up-to-date with anti-flea and anti-wormers.

Please notify me of any allergies, behaviour problems, or health issues (non-
contagious) that your dog has when booking on any of my 1-1 sessions. This will help us to tailor individual exercises to your dog's needs.
If your dog has aggressive tendencies towards dogs and/or people, you must notify us upon booking your appointment, so I can advise you of any safety measures required prior to the 1-on-1 session.

Insurance and Liability

Pet insurance is highly recommended. Owners are responsible for all vet bills, no
matter how they are incurred. I accept no responsibility for loss of, or injury to, your dog while training with me.

All children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult.
We accept no responsibility for any damage to, theft of, or damage to your vehicle.
Please do not leave valuables in your car, and never leave any dogs unattended in a vehicle.

Training Methods

I am a balanced dog trainer, and I will use different techniques and methods to show your
dog the correct way we would like them to behave, such as through lead correction, treats, and
verbal praise or corrections. I use different tools, such as slip leads, harnesses, and flat

collar and treats and toys.

Payments and refunds

I will ask for a minimum of a £10 deposit to secure your place when booking a 1-on-1 session This will come off the total price of the day of the session.

You must inform me at least 48 hours in advance if you cannot attend the 1-on-1 session, otherwise, you will be liable to still pay the full amount for the session.
Payment is due on the day of the 1-1 session; this can either be in cash or by bank transfer.

Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances, for example, the loss or death of
a dog. In some circumstances, I may be able to agree to a transfer of the fees paid for future 1-1 sessions.
